they ruled it today a drowning i guess waitin for BAL thing to come back i guess

Yeah I dunno... I dont know how people just fall in... theres a rocky hill kinda, its like you would have to purposely keep rolling down those rocks... There are places that are next to the water, but its down a zigzag jetty kinda. I suppose, unless its happeneing somewhere else than Riverside, but still too coincidental to me.
