I do see what your saying. I don't doubt there are good refugees. But you have to ask yourself would you be willing to sacrafice the saftey of your family to that risk? There is a enough refugees to stay in there homelands and form a guerilla combat unit to maintian saftey in a given area. There is always a way they just choose not to bother.
