Fta will get ALL channels..everything dishnet has to offer. No channels left out. There is no subscribing with fta. I get about 30 or 40 ppv channels, every hockey game and every nfl game and boxing ppv too as well as wwe events. And thats not including all the premium movie channels like all of the hbo's, starz, tmn's etc. There are well over 100 premium movie channels and ppv movies.I pick up both dish 110 and 119 sats with just one dish too!!

I was looking through eBay the other day for dishes and found this dish: EAGLE ASPEN DTVP3DS DIRECT TV SATELLITE ANTENNA. I know its for Direct TV but will it connect to Dishnet satellite, and then to an FTA receiver? The link to eBay listning is :

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Let me know if this dish will work..

Well, not sure about that dish. However I can tell you that all direct tv,dishnet, bell expressvu dishes are interchangeable with each other as well as fta. It's the 3 lnbs that i'm not sure about.

I hope you're not referring to me because I never said anything about being "so smart" or knowing it all. I know what I know and thats all. My responses have been just that...what I know from experience. I don't watch any International channels so why would I care or know of hardware required to do this?

get the dishpro twin lnb it has the switch built in to get 110 and 119 which are the bulk of the channels you would most likely want to watch HBO and stuff.

If you're looking for the stuff there is a place at the Pickering Markets that sells all you would need
