Now I have not put my buick on a scale yet but I did with my g body V8 malibu once.
That car was 3100 lbs fully loaded. Now my V6 buick is almost the same car and I`m told that it is about 200 lbs more than the malibus.
That puts me at 3300 lbs.vrs the honda at 2600 lbs. Thats only a 700 lb difference my friend.

2001 Acura Nsx has 290 hp with 224torque runs a 12.9.(13.0)
2001 S2000 has 240hp with 153torque runs a 14.1
nissan 350z has 287hp with 274torque runs a 14.3

I'm not saying torque is not important because it is, especially in heavy cars and even luxury cars to provide that steady smooth acceleration. I just think alot of people big it up a bit too much sometimes.
I would take 200hp and 150tq over 150hp and 200tq anyday.



It probably can't. Alot of older stock stangs are slow they run a high 14, low 15. I used to smoke stangs in my stock Bmw 328 and continue to beat them in my Acura 3.2cl type-s.
