now matter how cool swapping that b18b in your ef or ek or eg or blah blah blah is, its really not.

you guys are quite sad, guess the cool thing around here to to try and prove me wrong on here...bunch of ****, go outside and get a life.

For ****s sake, decide what stance your going to take on a subject. First you say all swaps are pointless, then you say only some. Those some are the swaps done by people on this board. Does your all encompassing knowledge allow you to make assumptions like this? What determines a swap worthy or not? It sure as ain't your approval.

Secondly you say people can't do swaps to civics, because all of a sudden their car is no longer a civic. But wait. Aren't you the one that said you can make a cavy fast by doing swaps to it? Wouldn't that put you in the same position as the guy with the civic? And then, how does that make you better then him?

STOP CONTRADICTING YOURSELF!!!

I guess you are not as talented as I am to do more than one thing at a time?

And 10 year? No, but it sure feels like a long time. It most definetly pays off in the end so its all good. Enjoy driving that jbody all your life.

Back to engine swaps...My car has a non-factory engine in it.

no factory engines here either

GM SHOULDNT HAVE BOTHERED PUTTING ENGINES IN THE CAVALIERS, SEEING THEY END UP BEING PUSHED OR TOWED TO THE JUNKYARD ANYWAYS

Here's some I find interesting:

I believe it's a 5.0 V12 BMW engine into an E30 BMW

Getting more reliability out of the FD with an LS1 and T56 Transmission

I don't have a picture but I would assume someone somewhere has put the Subaru EJ25T from the Impreza WRX STI into an old Impreza RS.

Ahhhhh my eyes are burning. The only reason people swap V8s into FD RX7s is because they are too ****ing stupid to know how to properly set up and tune a 13BREW. Most people that swap the V8 in know nothing about tuning a rotary (other then bolting on aftermarket parts) and completely bastardize an amazing car by swapping that junk into it. **** the V8 FD.
