The double-leg amputee who spotted a Peel Regional Police cruiser parked in a disabled parking spot was contacted by investigators yesterday for a description of the officer.

I'd have blocked him in and called bylaw. Done it before with my work truck, but not on a cop. Wonder if he would get a ticket.

Take out funds form one pocket and put it in another, what is the use of ticketing the cop, most a slap on his hands!

It turned out that the cop was responding to a call in the restaurant. Someone triggered an alarm there and police were called. Still funny that he chose that spot though.
