Which i better 2004 Dodge SRT-4 or 2006 Cobalt SS Supercharged

If you was in the states I have a buddy who has one sharp *** 92 Spirit R/T that could show you how these old TDs can get down:thumbsup: Experience is key. I don't have much with Mustang's, Cobalt alittle(more then enough to know its bark is worse then its bite). Experience one first hand, they are impressive.

I never knew the supercharged cobalts were avail in canada. I thought they just had the body kit. I personally would go with the srt4.
Nothing like being able to hang with a car that costs twice as much....just don't be a douche about it.

srt4 motor was designed to hold a shitload of power while the ss motor was not without having to be rebuilt. Depends what you're looking for. If all you are about is performance, then srt-4, but if you want to be able to stop in the local ricer lot (e.g. tim hortons) and have your ***** rubbed by other ricers, then the cobalt ss. The cobalt is a much nicer looking car IMO , although some people really like the look of the srt4.

gm and dodge both offer performance upgrades that give you warranty.
personally i think a fwd car thats boosted is useless, is fragile, theres no traction, its jsut useless to make power in a fwd car. i know, i should have baught a rwd to begin with

Yes. god forbid that people actually use a car for its intended purpose. What the hell was I thinking? It must be better to pay $400-500 a month (or in your case, trade a bag of magic beans for a car) to have a car sit inside a garage under a cover and have the owner take away all driveability of the car by adding ugly cluttered fiberglass or carbon fiber to every oem piece they can find.

No need to hate on a neon so much because its on the cover of mags and no one gives a rats *** about the Chevy Cobalt except the local Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

I suppose having your headlights fall off while driving is much safer? Better read up on your recalls about the Crapbalt SS.

i got a deal on my car, i needed to get rid of my old car and im actually quite happy with this gm pos. Its suprisingly good on the race track you know the one with corners and all, or do you only know what whats long and straight

Good call ,the SRT4 has more potential than the coblat..
This is where someone with a cobalt will post up links about ecotechs and underdrive pulleys..
let me save you the headache...I don't care.
Good call...
make sure it has an LSD. I think 1st years didn't

The srt4 also has a better resale value than the Cobalt SS if you ever need to sell. Its a higher demand compared to the SS. Not too bad for a car that supposedly catches on fire all the time according to Sherlock Holmes above.
