Probably saw your driving record and gave you a ticket based off of that.
I don't write that many tickets, but when I do I tend to look at attitude more than anything. Don't call me dude or man and we won't have any problems...

I have definitly changed my driving since i got that ticket in may... i dont want to be looked as a traffic criminal because of it, when im trying to be a better driver

I've seriously never heard of "Unnecessary Acceleration", I even looked it up in my F.S. Statute book, might just be specific to your state. Either way, it sounds like a ******** ticket and you probably did something to **** the cop off.
To answer your question about how you would turn yourself around if you already got one, just obey the law and you wont have a problem.
If I pull you over and you have six speeding tickets on your record, why wouldn't I write you another one? You obviously haven't learned your lesson...
