it just doesnt seem right to pass up the first person you technically catch... they were in the wrong before anyone else, and they should be stopped... i dont know, it just seems wrong to me, im just mad because i was picked out of people that were going faster than me... plus ive been picked out for other stupid reasons too..

when there's a group of people speeding together the cop will just pick one at random to pull over, whatever catches his eye. And if you have a sports car, then you will def. catch his eye... A cop my dad used to know would have a certain number for each day. One day, he'd stop the third car in the group that was speeding. The next day, the fifth, and so on. They can't (easily) stop them all.
