Who do you know at the oshawa plant??? PM with names Cause I prolly know them. Btw which plant? Cause most of what oshawa puts out are hot sellers.

Yeah because people who work at the oshawa plant rat out their fellow workers for not likeing GM cars. And you cant park in the front parkinglots if you own an import.
I mean really, if someone handed you the keys to a car and said 'this was built by people who live in south Oshawa' would you take the keys? I'd avoid them like aids.

right........ that big of a plant and you probably know them for sure...
oshawa may put out "hot sellers" but perhaps for not the same reasons you think they do. i believe ive lectured you before on this.
besides, CAW workers REFUSING to buy domestic, let alone their own product, isnt anything new. go by the parking lot of oshawa plant, and youll see a good deal of competative manufacturers in the employee parking lot.
i know youre a big GM fanboy, and i know you think your impala is the best thing since sliced bread, but i will be perfectly honest with you from a professional point of view. the quality on the GM's is significantly better in recent history, but still far from great.
but thank you for supporting your local manufacturing industry by buying domestic

I would gladly take them. Just like your hondas are built by a bunch of east indians in aliston. They can shootthemselves in the foot all they want but dont complain when you dont have a job.

several thousand average joe's work at the plant. its completely within the realm of possibility he knows someone in there. dont think its anything special knowing someone who works on an assembly line
i love how every domestic fanboy, mainly nastyzed and stealthz always assume honda is our primary choice, and honda's enter every comparison
theres other imports manufacturers out there than honda

I realize that but honda seems to be the import of choice for youngsters cant say much about nissan cause there reliability blows ,same goes for mitsu. I could have commented about the workers at the toyota cambridge plant. The main thing about japanese is that they were made by japanese. Now they are made here and problems area ariseing. Canadians/americans dont not work like japanese do.We are lazyier , work less hours and just plain dont give a **** for the most part.

If your vin starts with j, it was built in japan, if it starts with A, it was built in canada. This isnt rocket science, my honda came from japan along with a great number of other hondas.
The point is his Grandfather supervised GM manufacturing and specifically chose not to buy gm despite employee discounts. Nor is he alone in this logic, as I have worked with many Ex GM employees who also would need to be paid to drive around in one.
I don't drive imports because I'm some GM hater or something, I drive them because the truth is they are better cars. The last 20 years have proven this year and year again. Thats why when you go to junkyards all the imports are 15+ years old, while the GM cars are all around the 6-7 year mark.
You can go **** around and risk your life in some POS gm car if you want, I guess I just don't have the same deathwish.
