Just a little heated..
Okay, Im a little pissed off with ebay right now... A few days ago, I played guitar hero for the first time, so I went and looked for it... found this auction and won it.

Well I had it sent to my parents house (Which I just got home like a half hour ago) and I see the box, open it up... wait.. NO game in it at all. Does that auction not say "PS2 Guitar Hero II with Guitar (PlayStation2)"... By that, it should imply that it comes with PS2 Guitar Hero II AND the guitar? Becuase thats what it simply says to me. Why in the hell would I pay 65 shipped dollars for a ****** guitar with stickers. I just sent them a message, and I have a feeling theyre going to say **** off basically becuase it says it doesnt include the game below, and they have a no return policy... I think this is utter bull-**** basically. Im a little pissed off looking forward to playing it when I got home tonite.
Any ideas on what I can do if they screw me over? Im probably going to contact ebay or paypal or both because that title and description is misleading as ****, and if they wont send me the game, I want my money back. Ive been awake for almost a day now, im wired on coffee, and I want to play that ****** game... what a joke.

That is insanely misleading. The way I'm interpreting it is that is has the game and everything. But then the next line down it says it's missing the game and guitar controller. Bring up the fact that by saying "PS2 Guitar Hero II with Guitar (PlayStation2)" it is interprted as it comes with the game. Only problem is Ebay might say that you should of contacted the seller first to clarify. Only thing you can do is try though I guess. Good luck with it, that's weak.

I believe what he posted that said "Includes Red guitar controller" is actually from a review off a web-site. It says "Auction is Missing:" and specifies the guitar controller is missing... strangely enough, it says it's missing the game, too. So you should technically consider yourself lucky you got a controller even.
Justin, you need to learn the strange, strange ways of eBay. I got ripped off once when I was 16 on a set of "500W Speakers", and I learned pretty f'cking quick how to spot the bull auctions.

I do realize what that says. This line: PS2 Guitar Hero II with Guitar (PlayStation2), ... Please explain to me what the "Guitar Hero II" implies that comes with the guitar? Im not stupid, I know what youre trying to do. You made a title to attract attention saying that I would get the game (In 3 seperate places in the auction) then wrote in one place that I would not be getting it. Your ad is misleading, and what you are doing is wrong. You are trying to get money out of me (which you did) and then screw me out of the game, which it clearly states in that sentence, and in the auction title that I would be receiving. It says Guitar Hero II WITH guitar. Like I said, what is the guitar hero II that Im supposed to receive with my guitar, as your ad clearly states? If you want to beat around the bush and scam me out of my money, I will make further contact with ebay and/or paypal. Im asking you to do the right thing here, dont scam me out of my money.
