Read the thread people:
Use your Print Screen (sometimes labelled PrtSc or PrtScn) button, paste it into Photoshop or another good graphics editor (NOT MS PAINT), crop the image to the proper size, and save it as a .JPG file.

Yea I read that and was told that by two people but my print screen button dont work so I cant do it that way. Im assuming the other people that cant have the same problem.
