The only bad thing about havin your significant other into cars is that the money has to be split on two cars instead of one. Its nice but at the same time makes it harder buying parts for two vehicles is rough.
A couple years ago I tried building the Camaro and my Wrangler. The Camaro ended up winning but it was hard when I wanted a winch for the jeep and also wanted new stuff for the camaro- life is full of never ending choices..

Yeah, there's some bad parts to it. For example when we go to car shows, it's always a small debate on who gets to take their car if we don't want to drive seperate. Or when we travelled around Michigan a few months ago, it was a debate on who's car we would take. We always want to take our own cars, but I don't mind stepping down and letting her take her car, I figure 90% of the time the people we hang out with have already seen my car in person or on the internet with how much I it. I need to just get a shirt with my car on it and it can be there in memory

I hardly drive mine anymore as opposed to when I first got it- it gets unwanted attention if I drove it everyday. Everyone who knows me knows my car so I don't feel that I have to drive it all the time- plus owning the car is great because I don't feel like I have to drive it to justify a payment.

well, that only depends. My husband and I are both into cars, and that doesn't take away the money spent on our own cars. Considering that we keep our finances and money earned separate, and just split the cost of the bills each month. We both still have the same amount of money to spend on our vehicles than if one of us didn't like cars...
