Duties:

Ad Collection - calling clients and obtaining artwork for scheduled ad placements
Money Collection - Contacting clients and collecting on overdue advertising invoices
Editorial/production work - Acting as a liaison between our dept and the production and editorial dept. co-ordinating on departmental requests and completion of projects.
General administrative duties - preparing documents, collecting materials, organizing materials, etc
