Go to court and explain how there was a semi in front of you travelling at a speed lower than the limit, you switched lanes to avoid a potential hazard by not having 100% of your vision, and right as you switched lanes, you noticed the light was yellow and you could not safely stop in time to avoid an accident. You were looking out for not only yourself, but the families out on the road whos lives you might ruin my slamming through their windshield. You were not speeding, you were travelling too fast to stop safely.

Do not admit anything except what they have you for.

who's the thing registered to? that's who gets the ticket (you are responsible for anyone using your vehicle)

That can not possibly be true. If that were true there would be no reason what so ever for the cameras to take pictures of the persons face. Unless they do it so the person knows who was driving their car so they can get their money back

I'd double check that I don't know California (they do write laws to please criminals) but most places there is only one picture taken becasue of the number of cases where a driver said that's wasn't me and they can't prove it was (ever see one of those pics they suck)I have also seen ticket assassin be wrong before (they said if you send more money than the ticket is for and never cash the refund check it stays open which when states are asked about it they laugh) lawmakers are pretty intelligent and wouldn't make a rule like that when you can't take a picture through glass and have a good picture from a distance at night

that brings up another good point, a motorcycle would be exempt from a ticket if what was said about not a picture of the face is true (can't get a good pic through a helmet, and I know helmets are optional in CA)

Helmets are NOT optional in CA, plus motorcycles do not have a front licinse plate and the rear one I doubt the camera can catch so ya, im guessing not 2 many bikes have that problem.

I didn't think cali had helmet laws, most of those cameras are set up for teh back plate also
