Because if you get laid off from a UAW job, you're put into a job bank, where you do community service and CONTINUE to be paid your 30/hr wage. Then, when they can find a job for you, they hire you back into the plant. That's what Delphi was trying to get rid of when they were negotiating with UAW.

So I stayed up all night playing fire emblem and other misc. stuff, when 5:30 rolls around I check the college's website out of boredom. None of my classes will be open until Monday so I get one last homework free weekend. So I basically walked around like a zombie today at work for no reason. On another somewhat interesting note I learned last night that I'm out of bawls, sky rocket, and penguin candy. With this whole cram thing about to start I think it is time to stock up on the caffeine boosters.
