Seasonal Job
Seasonal Job
I've been thinking about getting myself a seasonal job. I don't need the money but I'm thinking I could use it to pick up some extra cash and either put it all into savings or use the money to buy my wife and myself something really nice for Christmas.
I don't want something that's going to stress me out so something that doesn't take a lot of thinking and if it is at all possible without customers. My first thought was as a UPS driver assitant as UPS hires tons of them to help out during the holidays and all you have to do is ride in the truck and drop the packages off. Only problem there is that these jobs are during my normal jobs hours so no good. I'm hoping for something like a truck unloader for some place.

check with an airline, this is the busy season for them, and they always need baggage handlers, it's an easy job with flight benefits usually (I could fly anywhere in the world for free with US Airways)
I didn't think of that and I would love the free flights. Unfortunitly the closest airport is a nice drive from here. This really sucks because that would be perfect, no thinking or stress plus free flights.
Yeah Im always looking for a part time job too where I can make some extra cash. But I dont want anything thats going to stress me out cause then its just not worth it. Thats why I wanted to do something online but it seems like theres nothing you can do online
On the other hand if they offer their employee's a nice discount I wouldn't mind buying some stuff.
Years ago I worked at Kohl's for Xmas. Was okay, but working weekends and nights kinda sucks after awhile. Plus I think with all the extra discounts I just spent my check on stuff from there. I don't think I actually came out ahead.
Kohl's was the first job I ever had. I was a "99" there.
