I go to the range all the time already with my Glock so it won't be a huge difference to move to a rifle for me.

For the record though, I do not wear camo, never have and never will.

And to be honest, I have put so much time and money into my cars for the past several years I'm looking to get into a new hobby. I will still be going to all the carshows and such but I want to start doing something different and that isn't as expensive.

No I still love cars, they will always be my first passion. I'm just wanting to try different things because for me to do anything else to my car it will be extremely expensive since I have all the "cheaper" modifications done already.

"cheaper" hahah i wish we had the same definition of "cheap" i know i would not be driving a taurus in that case. i am actually big into guns as well. more rifles i guess. target shooting, becnchrest is my favorite. trying to make the smallest group you can. I got three shots all under a dime at 200 yards with my .223 it's great fun you will enjoy it

Well I just made a purchase. I just placed an order for an AR15 rifle with a collapsible stock, A3 top with removable handle, and two 30 round magazines. I have a couple parts I need to order as I want to do a couple modifications to it as soon as I get it.
I might end up buying a second upper so I can shoot .22LR to save on costs and shoot in places I couldn't shoot with a .223 round.

I decided to go with DPMS, ever since I started this thread I've been talking to anyone and everyone I knew with these type of rifles as well as doing research online and talking to several different gun shop's. Based on my needs DPMS really fit the bill perfectly.

As soon as I get it I'll take pictures and post them up.

Just in case anyone is curious here's a picture of my Glock, nothing externally has been changed so it's nothing special but here it is none the less.
