Did you sign an invoice if you did check and see if that resolves them of claim always read the fine print most tow companies put it on there so you can't come after them latter.Check your car first before you sign away your rights to a claim.

I agree buddy, Get that in court. Complain howve yu missed work bc of no wheels you can claim lots actully, loss of sleep, stress etc. Most companies will pay out, espcially if its a big towing company
