the gym becomes addictive once u're consistent in a week ...
i'vebeen really buisy and havn't gone for 2 weeks , now i'm like before when i got my first membership and wasn't going for months and monhs ...

Gym will def. help ya. Work out a couple hours before your bedtime. You’ll sleep good and be refreshed in the morning. Of course the first few times you be a bit stiff, but hey...

Jack Johnson's, In Between Dreams album puts me out if I need to. If it doesn't work, I choose a tiny bit of Bud. The only problem is the subsiquint cotton mouth in the morning.
