Ways to Sell a Car in the GTA - How to Stand Out?

Hey guys,

Unfortunately I'll be selling my car soon and I'm looking for the best way to advertise as well as get noticed. I'm fairly new to the GTA (originally from BC) and I'm not used to having to compete with dozens of identical cars also for sale.

I'm already done the obvious of craigslist/Kijiji/buysell.com but am wondering if there are any other online sites or printed media worth posting on that is GTA specific (aside from this site obviously)?

Any tips for getting noticed? I've already taken a bunch of good photos to help market the car, but beyond that I'm at a loss of how else to stand out.

Thanks for the help!

Dave

buy a forsale sign and put it in your car and just put your number on it, then drive up and down 400 to 401 then back.

Damn, you know. I am not sure people are spending cash on cars. People are losing jobs, layoffs, some even say shaky economy.

I think the avenues you are using are the main ones, but I think people are just holding off buying cars unless it's really needed.

StealthZ has a little shameless behaviour in the past
get a bodykit, wing, hoodscoop, some jdm stickers, then park it at tims at 7 and martin grove. you'll sell it in a matter of minutes.

Haha, it's tempting, although scary that that's what it would take. I'm actually debating shipping the car back to BC as prices on the whole are higher and there's less 350's on the market.

I agree though, tough time to sell a car. Ridiculous gas prices don't help, even though the Z isn't that bad.

Thanks for the help guys.
