Just a couple in-progress projects I've been working on.

Well, I got a lot of polishing to do still, but considering I'm doing this while these pieces are in the car, I'm pretty excited with the results thus far. Here's some pics, and let me warn you, I've definitely been bitten by the polishing bug. I want to polish like everything now. Check it out.

All pipes semi polished, these little buggers are hard!:

Yeah, that's my headliner. It's in a sad state right now because I've had financial issues with my company (they decided to just not pay me for two weeks I worked, so the last payday I didn't get anything, being paid biweekly blows let me tell ya... miss one check and you're going 4 weeks total from the last payday, and when you're only working 25 hours a week, that's NOTHING lol) but once I finally get a check and have the money to work on it again, it's going to be fully fiberglassed and then have my CD player's faceplate molded right into it. Then I'm getting rid of my sunvisors all together. I'll probably wrap the entire headliner in vinyl, and I have to redo my LEDs that I had down the center of the headliner.... I have a few ideas, and this time I'll probably use some cool LED holders so they look good in the headliner. I'm the king of jerry rigging, but at the same time jerry-rigging stuff doesn't look good. I just need to work on doing it the right way.

You guys already know how I am when it comes to details and every little thing. Now that I opened the engine bay my mind is going wild. Right now I'm still not going to think about performance. I've decided that what it all boils down to is I'll save up and buy a z28 parts car within the next year or two (I do car shows, remember? Performance isn't my biggest priority for my daily driver lol) and then either swap motors and suspension, or I'll just take everything off my car and put it onto the z28. Not sure which way I want to do it, but that'll take care of that. In the meantime, I'm seeing TONS of stuff I want to do to the engine bay, and I have a LOT of work. I always kept my engine bay shut at car shows, but since I've been working on polishing and the passenger wheel hump, I've been noticing everything else in the engine that needs to be taken care of. In one of the pictures of the AC condenser, you can see a REALLY rotten pipe that's next to it, I swear the pipe is going to rot through on the coldest m.f.'in day of the winter, so I'm looking at replacing that ASAP. Uh, yeh, rambling, so I' m done.
