What happened?
To this site?
Back in the TSR days, this site was so tight. Everyone knew one-another, and things were amazing.
Now there are more noobs than anyone can count, hardly any regular posters, and the amount of USELESS MEMBERS is through the roof!
I really liked TSR. I'm thinking some of the old-school guys (specifically the admins) should do a bit of pruning.
I'm really not flaming the site, admins, or any members. But we need to get GTcars back to what it used to be.
....Maybe we should invite Zlatko back.

Street Racing is over, at least the commercial aspect of it.
Not enough meets.
I believe TSR died after it was sold, a lot of people got displaced and it was a real shitty time Some of us had to work and fight hard to get it all back while others reaped the benefits of selling the community out.
This summer should change that though.
But on a positive note. The site is growing like mad. People are curious of what is going on in the scene and they come here.
We do free giveaways, other sites copy. Event coverage, they copy.
We are working with more shops this year. Garage16, Tag etc.
Summer meets soon

I dont know - TSR was huge back when the scene was more riced out. No to offend - but, I remember goin to Kennedy Commons and woodbine/16th and hearing everyone talk about the site - which I never joined just because I thought the name itself was inda bait out.
Now that THAT scene is dead (thank God) and everyone pretty much moved on - so did the members.
I've only been on these boards for a few weeks - but I gotta say - it's good to know that this site isnt just a bunch of friends from the same school talking back and fourth with one another - using inside jokes that the newbs (like me) would have no idea whats goin on
