the $8 bucks you pay I beleive is to get their contact info so you can start sending them letters and build that everlasting relationship and help her to plot her escape.

yo I did a bit of time IN CNCC and they have a womens wing mostly for really short timers..and I was wokrin nights there and I saw many a hot lil convictess and I have had a lil thing for women behind bars ever since...and truss me when they get out after 5-10 yrs...THEY WILL WANNA ...like there is no parole...
