Congrats.
My .02 would be to refrain from moving right away to what has recently been the 6th ranked Murder Capital of the World. When I worked in Milwaukee, all the workers who could afford it lived at least 35 minutes from downtown (Marquette Interchange) - Like Watertown, West Bend, Eagle, Elkhorn, some as close as Mukwonago or Waterford.
Considering the highways are all being rebuilt, the traffic congestion should drop a lot, so seriously look at getting a place farther away before everybody else figures it out.
Milwaukee is crime central, the Armpit Of Wisconsin, and will continue to be so - until at least a few years after McCann is removed as DA.

Well she started yesterday and already loves the job and the people. You can just tell she's happeir in life as well already.
It's pretty cool, on Friday she'll get paid for two weeks of work from Target, plus one week of unused vacation, and she'll get paid for her first four days at her new accounting job.
Needless to say we should have some nice extra cash in the bank by the end of this week. Especially considering I just got paid and put my check in the bank yesterday. So basicly we're putting six weeks of pay in our checking accounts this week.
