that won't work, 99% of the people who own hand guns own them for collection, its not like everyone buys a handgun so they can go out and shoot someone while driving.

That's not a bad idea. But then we'd just be vigilantes. And that would be even worse than racers in most people's eyes. I'd have to agree with 2tone of this one. He pissed someone off.
