Got a hold of them. Bascially they're sticking to they're story... that they inspect everything before it leaves and it was shipping damage. Well they are going to send me the claim form in the mail, i'm suposed to fill it out, call DHL and get an SCT number some some junk and send it to DHL as a shipping claim. Then DHL is suposed to refund me the money. Well, most of it anyway... and this whole process can take up to 30-60 days to compleat. *sighs* In the mean time (and this is their exsact words) i will still need to buy a new bumper cover. I can either wait till the refund comes in... or just go ahead and buy it now. I hate this ****.

ask them not to use dhl, they are the only shipping company that's not union and from my experience hires the lazy who throw the stuff around (never had a package without some damage with them)
