SHHOOOOTTTTTT........They just called me and said that they need about 2 more hours, and since they close at 7:00, they need to keep it over night.
So I guess I won't be getting it back till noon tomorrow. That's ok, if it's taking them this long, it should be because I told them to take their time and do a really good job. I'm sure I won't be, but I told them I needed it to look good for all the car shows it would in.
If that's the reason why they're taking so long, then they have my blessing. So it looks like it probably won't be until about 1:00 tomorrow before I can get some pics up.

I think it's funny the way people expect you to mellow out as you get older,...... I'll still be rockin out to everything in my first post when I'm 75 years old. I'll be layin rubber in what ever I driving then too. "I'm not getting older.......I'm getting better"
Here's a 10 year old picture of me..........sportin the Jesus Christ Pose! He-he-he......I can't help but laugh everytime I see these pictures, it's because I've had short hair for the last 8 years.

Well, let's see.....the deck install was $48.00, the 4ch Amp was $150.00 because they had to run all new 12 Gauge wiring throughout the car, the 2ch Amp was $55.00, to run the 0 Gauge Amp kit with all the distribution blocks and everything was $100.00, to install the 4 new 6.5" speakers was $110.00/55 bucks per pair, to install the Power Cell where the factory sub was at cost $50.00, and the Amp board was $50.00!
So,......I guess it was about $475.00 to have the whole thing done.
Kind of makes me wish my back wasn't so screwed up, cause that's quite a bit to pay someone else. Oh well, they did an awesome job, and also gave me killer deal on a lot of the Components I bought. I'd say I'm into the whole system including labor, about $2400.00
There's actually more system there than I'll ever use,.....but it sure doesn't hurt my feelings a bit. If I turn it up too much,.... when the bass hits, it makes the CD skip. Kind of defeats the purpose of having all that power. I suppose if I would have went with a ported box, I might not have had as much of a problem with that, BUT,..... being a drummer, I like a very tight hard thump that I can feel when it hits.
