Big decision.
I have decided that instead of going out and getting a z28, im going to work on my v6 and mod it until its faster than one. My goal is 13's and that can easily be reached. I just had a big arguement with my mom about my car and wanting to sell it, she bought it for me and put 3 grand into it fixing it up getting it ready for me and now 5 months later, i want to get rid of it. i kind of feel bad about it. So yes...im going to work on my car and make it original..make it mine, not just another z28 (i see at least 5 different ones a day). I want mine to be different. So that is my decision...hope you all are with me on this one.

wow. at first you were saying how you hate v6s and want a v8 so bad. now all the sudden youre saying you like v6s and want to mod it. i thought it wasnt worth it?
anyway, since we both wanna mod our 6s and make em faster than an LT1...i'll race ya to it, and you get a 40 hp lead.

I lot of people won't agree with that choice but I for one back you up. After your parents have helped you out that much it's almost a slap in the face to turn around and sell it. Buy the FFF turbo it or the Powerdyne supercharger and you'll be in the 13's.

Yeah i'd go with the modding what you got right now because alot of people don't do it because they want to upgrade to a v8 first. I'm all for the more individual look that most don't go for. v8's are nice, but there's nothing wrong with a v6 either.

actually BIG GUY....it was my decision to get off my *** and do something about the v6. either sit around and wait for a v8, or work on the v6 in the process. Quit trying to look cool, doesnt work.

i'll quit tryin to look cool if you quit tryin to look like a tough guy. its just the attitude you had when you got a z was completely opposite of what youre saying now, so dont be surprised to get a little crap thrown your way.

I never even had an attitude. All i had was scarcasm like i always have. The attitude i have now is EXACTLY the same. Except now i dont a v8. I still dont like my car, I still dont like v6 american muscle cars...i think theyre pointless, and ive always thought this. And when i get my car into 13's like my goal, i still wont be satisfied until i get a v8. I cant get a v8, so until then, im going to do the best i can, before i decided to, i planned on keeping it stock until i could get one. The BIG DECISION was to mod it.

So why not just save your money and when you get a V8 you can have it running in the 11's stright out the gate?
