DON'T CUT!!!!!!!! Just spend the cash and buy a Kit. Don't be cheap. Talk to any REAL Mechanic or one that is actually good. He will tell not to cut the springs.

i'd buy the springs, and struts. but if your low on cash, and already driving a hackjob project might as well as long as you don't mind the ride to be bouncey

cutting your springs is up to you. just because they make kits for them doesnt mean you have to buy them. personally i think those kits are gay, those are for race cars, not factory 4 cylinders with an engine swap. i chopped 3 coils off my teg, it rides good, not too bumpy, my stock shocks are still good. if you do it right, and plan it out its fine. my springs have been fine for 2 years.
