I wouldn't go with the 93+ Golf. I'd personally go find a 90 GTI 2l 16v.

voltar will become famous soon enough
Those golfs are in fact notorious for thewir electrical. But i'd get one over a civic/teg anyday. Because those are gay and overpriced.

get a golf for sure. I have a 97 , best decision i've ever made, thing runs mint, and i havent had one thing go wrong with it, put some fresh oil in it once in awhile and it'll never let you down, plus not a lot of people got them so you can atleast be a little diff.

Get a honda, vw's are way to much money if something brakes on them, i know because i has a 93 civic Si and i have had no problem's with or any honda i have owned, and i aslo have an 87 audi, and it is not cheep to fix, and any parts for a vw are to much money, even if you go to a parts place insted of a dealership you will pay for it. Get a honda, just my .02 C
