When anyone refers to factory, they refer to having the ability to purchase the car the way it is off the showroom floor. When you purchased any of the various cars I listed about off the showroom floor, they came with all the options that are on them, i.e. they came from the factory that way. If you purchased it brand new from anywhere with all that stuff on there, it's factory.
