The paint, the fact that the passenger side seat belt bracket is hanging off, and the hot glued skull on the paint, makes me think the car was ragged out.

The paint does like **** crap.. on that side view it sort of looks like there is a big dent on the bottom of the drivers side door, might just be the pic or being dirty though
