go to ministry, its 10 dollars. car search. did it to my car, also gives you the VIN number.

You won't get the phone number from a license plate search. I can get anyone's address from a plate search but it doesn't guarantee that it's the correct address. Some people will put their work or business address on their plates.

no not stalkers its stupid s that throw at ur car and ur in traffic and cant catch them.......... but ontop of that u dont want 2 call the cops cause u want 2 his up

does the ministry ask you a bunch of questions and you have to go through a test or something..? cause dont some (if not many) people do "car search"s to steal a car, or kick some1's ***?

Some of you guys are krazy; just to go to all those lengths to find someone...then what??? What a great way to break into someones car, or better yet, how about just steal the whole damn car. There should be law against this kind of . Now in days its not even save to leave your car to go pay for gas, let alone let it outside overnite.
