Small girls are the only people that fit in my car's backseat. A.K.A. Steph. Haha... She's nice enough when someone else is riding to offer to sit in back. She's 4'11" so it's practically luxury for her back there.

With as much power as your car has via the heads, cam and nitrous along with 4.10 gears, there is no way you could convince me that your car hooks a good launch on street tires and stock suspension. SAVE UP FOR SOME SUSPENSION UPGRADES AND DRAG RADIALS!!
I think your car looks great as it is, just wait till you get some more money saved up and put it into a good suspension setup and/or drag radial tires.

I suggest:
Lower Control Arms
LCA relocation brackets (cuz your car is lowered)
Panhard bar
Bilstein or KYB rear shocks
Torque Arm
If you are on a budget, just get all those things as non-adjustable, but if you have the extra money, get everything adjustable. I have all of those mods (except a torque arm) and my car is my DD and mine are nonadjustable.
After you get the suspension taken care of, get a 3500 stall converter and that sucker launch REALLY f'ing good!

if your planning on actually benifiting from suspension parts go with all fully adjustable peices. LCA's, PHB and shocks. springs as well if you dont already have them. those things will make a nice difference. also, subframe connectors would be the absolute next thing if you dont have them IMO. good luck

I mean granted, you know how **** my traction is, but wouldnt saving up for a turbo benefit me more? I know I know, what is power if you cant get it to the ground right? Well, thats what gas feathering is for

You'll notice a huge difference. You will need to be at WOT to hit the juice and to get full boost out of the turbo. So feathering the gas wont help you at all.
If you get a turbo + the nitrous, you are going to twist and get crazy wheel hop which will slow you WAAAAAY down. I'd do the suspension first, then turbo.
