Im thinking it will i just might have to make a Inter mediate pipe ware the catback starts and the y pipe ends....

no its totally different if youre talking about the hooker ORY pipe 2253. it wont work with shorties unless you make two pipes with flanges then flanges on the other end to connect and it would be really kinda dumb to go through that work. cant u get the shorty y pipe?

Nope, sorry Tony- not going to be a bolt-on type of mod. It could work in theory, but not worth all the hassle. By the time you pay to make all the pipe you could almost pay for some pacesetter's and make the hooker y work with them..

hmmmm well that sucks, i was thinking theory, bend 2 pipes have em flanged n bam im good to go.... i mean wouldnt be that expensive or since the Y part of the pipe can be adjusted angle it a bit and mess around with the connection part to the headers, if i need a lil more piping just by a short 3in section.. shouldnt cost to much right??

hmm who knows emmisssions test tommarrow, then maybe sat or sunday ill try it??? or will it not work for sure? u guys thinK?

it could work like said earlier, but its gonna become a huge deal that you are prolly gonna wish you didnt start.lol. if i was you get a custom y-pipe made for the shorties or buy one already made without cats.
