I'd say Tint the rear as well, and that's because as already mentioned......you won't notice a difference at all in the way it handles from only adding a STB. With the Tint, at least you'll be able to see it and enjoy it more than you would, having a bar under your hood that's not really doing much, in and of itself. But that's just MO.
As far as the Tint goes, around here $90.00 is the average price for doing just the rear. It was $150.00 for me to do all three windows, and I went with 20% in the back, and 30% on the sides. I decided to go with 30% on the sides, because I have 20% all the way around on the Fiero, and for me....it's just too hard to see out the sides at night. I think the 5% looks good on cars,.....but man, when it comes to watching out for cops at night.....forget it.
