What we should do in a car accident?
1. How many people know exactly what they should do and their right when they are in a car accident?
2. Do you know how to deal with the hungar tow truck drivers?
3. Do you know how to deal with the third party if you believe that they are at fault and there is no cop at the scene?
4. Do you know how to deal with insurance company if they try to direct you to a body shop that you don't know or you don't have confidence that they will fix you car properly?
Can anybody offer some idea for me?

all grammatical errors aside, the last time i checked everyone was required to have at least 10 hours of in-class driver's training with any driving school. within that session they would have explained what to do in an accident and your options. but, you probably were sleeping so this is what i've learned about getting into accidents on the road, having a few myself and having others hit me.
standard yada yada's with accidents:
1. write down all relevant information regarding the accident (the place, time, weather conditions, major intersections, other party's car make and model, location of damage (if visible), witnesses, etc.)
2. if damage is >1000 (i believe) than call the police, if <1000 goto a collision reporting centre in your area.
3. call police/ambulance/firetruck if there's a need based on fire or injury.
not so standard yada yada's with accidents:
a.) always have a camera (digital/disposible) in the car at all times, regardless of whether the police show up or not, having impartial evidence of what happened can be the difference between your insurance company finding you at fault or not.
b.) take TONS of photos from all angles RIGHT after the collision before any cars are moved by the police and even after.
c.) did the accident happen on a public road (governed by the HTA) or on a private area (mall parking lot, etc.); important to establish who was at fault.
which brings up MYTH #1, Ontario's "no fault system" - most people are under the impression that we have a "no-fault" system and that no one can be found at fault in a collision. this is not the case, especially in accidents on private roads. on public roads if you're involved in an accident and the police arrive, they can establish fault based on the HTA and they'll write that on their accident report.
on private roads however, which isn't governed by the HTA, the police cannot establish who was at fault, so it is up to both insurance companies to establish this. they base it on your license history, your history with the insurance company etc., and this is where having a camera and photos will help you make a claim with them w/o affecting your record.
but, to answer your questions ..
1. see above
2. you have the right to choose which hungar tow truck company you want, if they've already taken your car and it's in their impound, go get it as quickly as possible (since you pay an arm and leg for storage).
3. i think you mean 2nd party (3rd party would be witnesses), get a damage estimate within 48 hours, if they're unwilling to pay than goto an accident reporting centre.
4. insurance companies will always ask you what body shop you want to take your car to (unless you're with clown insurance inc. with sketchy policy options) if you don't know of any off hand, than find one approved by them.
