salvage title however...? Hi, I am in the process of buying a used 2001 accord coupe with 95000 mile (salvage title) for $4200. The guy says he bought it from a dealer as a salvage title due to the bumper but no interior damage was ever found and bumper has been fixed and looks new. I don't know if the timing belt has been replaced, but overall is that a good deal and when should the timing belt be done?

do some more digging this doesn't sound like a true story your getting salvage titles aren't normally given for bumper damage.
