1999 Manuel Honda Civic Ex with 116,500 miles for $5,200 good deal or not car...
...is well taken care of? The 1999 Honda Civic has never been in an accident clean carfax driven by a mom but the timing belt does need to be replaced should i buy it or look for a better deal

You can find out what the car's book value is at www.kbb.com. You put in the car's year, make, model, etc. and it will tell you.
