2003 Honda Accord - How to drain fuel tank?

Does anyone know how to drain the fuel tank on a 2003 Honda Accord. I filled the tank up and then bought a new car and i want to empty the fuel tank but it won't fit a hose pipe.

I really don't want to give the garage £55 worth of fuel since my new car is being delivered empty nor do i have time to go a long drive

I don't think any size hose would fit because it feels like little teeth which don't move i presume they only let liquids through and nothing else. Hence my problem.

technically it is illegal to drain a car by hosepipe (so the RAC told me last week when i put the wrong fuel in my car!!!) its something about how people dispose of the fuel but i assume you will want to keep it for the new car. try a smaller hose such as the type you can get in fish tank shops!!! it cos £190 to have my tank drained so if a smaller plastic tube doesnt work lose the £50 quid!
