Car wont start?

Car wont start?
I have replaced the starter and the battery and i still cant get the car to start...
honda accord - lights are coming on and making no clicking or turning over sounds...
it is a '92

If the starter turns the motor the starter and battery are OK, if it doesn't the there's stilla problem there
Next you check the fusible links to make sure power is getting to the car from the battery.. turn on the lights if they don't work it's a fusible link....
Check spark at a plug by disconnecting a plugwire and see if you get spark by holding it next to the plug.. yes it can shock you..
If you're getting spark then it's probably a fuel problem....
