how to intall a cold air intake on my 91 accord ex?

remove the plastic intake from the manifold and the air box over the fender well, but don't move the stock mounting brackets, you'll need them later and plug in the first half into the manifold (if 2 piece system) and tighten down half way to allow play room. next attatch the second half to the mounting brackets you didnt take off and connect the 2 halves with the silicon hose provided in the kit... but if the system is a 1 piece, its just basically plug and play with the stock mounting brackets in place... and while your at it just pull the airbox, more air is restricted by it with an aftermarket kit...

ok first of all we dont know what kind of intake you have. if you have a short ram you may have to cut some of the rubber end part of the filter becouse the filter might not fit becouse of the battery i had to do the same in my 90 accord.
