I have a 99 Honda accord LX 4cyl and it loses all power while driving.?

I have a 99 Honda accord LX 4cyl and it loses all power while driving.?
This lasts for less than a second and then the car will turn back on and drive like nothing happened.This appeared to happed after I cleaned the engine using a hose

I can't think of it at the top of my head right now - BUT you can contact one of the parts store, like Auto Zone or Checker .. or Pep Boys. One of those guys can give you some idea what it might be so you can see how much it will cost to fix... some thing is going out..... Dang it! I cant remember.
