When I try to start my car it tries to turn over, like the battery has juice, but it won't. It has fuel injection but I don't smell any gas when I pump the gas pedal. Should I smell gas with fuel injection? I checked the fuse for the fuel pump but it isn't burnt out. All spark plugs seem to be in place. There is a strange clicking sound that I hear but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. It just won't turn over.

Some of the older Hondas sometimes get cracks in the distributor cap and this allows moisture to get in and prevent the car from starting. Their is a spray you can get to spray over the distributor when this happens, however, having the cap changed is the best bet.My 1992 Civic can be tempermental during certian times during the Spring and Fall if there is a lot of moisture in the air. But I usually cut it some slack since it is 15 years old.
