My manual says that the engine will compensate for regular unleaded gasoline. How will this affect my engine/performance?

You'll get an unnoticeable amount of power boost from using premium. I still try to put premium if I possibly can, regular gas gums up in a year! That scares me...

Usually put regular, tank of premium about every three tanks. This is probably because it's the wife's so I'm not as **** about it...
