rear window brake light...

rear window brake light...
hi guys, I'm new to the site and I'm hoping it will really help me out with some issues that have popped up in my '91 Accord.
First off: the rear window brake light is out, changed the bulb, but still nothing. Could be wiring but I don't know...have tried many things, but still won't come on. Any ideas?
Secondly, my ABL and DRL lights in the console come on....I know my DRL are working fine....and as soon as I turn my head lights on, the DRL light goes out....as for the ABL...I have no idea, this is a reoccuring problem (started happening about 8 months ago and then stopped over the summer)
