Your maintainence light is on is nothing. It is just a reminder to take your car to the dealership for a service , thats all. Once its at the dealership they just reset it for you. I have and acura 2004 EL and if you hold in the trip reset milage button and turn the key over to the last setting just before you actually turn the engine over, that resets it. Or you could just go to any honda or acura dealership and ask them how to reset it. Just say another dealership forgot to do it. Hope this helps

Yeah it just is telling u that u need some maintnce...if ur check engine light is on that is a different story...if u go 2 the dealer depending on how many km is on ur car they will rec a certain package for u...like an oil change or break service and so on...if u want to reset it just hold the trip km button and turn the key to the on position and hold the button until the light turns off...hope that helps!!!

to find the problem ( if it was a BMW) you would have to use a OPPS/OPS Unit. But for the OPPS/OPS Unit you would have to go to the dealership
