Thats an old vid but still good. Unfortunately, thats 553 whp at 25PSI......thats quite a bit of boost for such a small engine. No one in their right mind would be running a B18C1 on 25psi all the time.

I'd still love to take it through the quarter with slicks on. The pull in 2nd and third, and fourth would rock!!!!!

25psi isnt alot for a running mod. If you redo inters then you can run easy 25 if not more with a small engine. Just make sure you have yer stage 1.1 done before you use it as yer DD

Actually, Im not a Turbo wiz but I know enough to say that 25 psi will definately kill an engine quicker than if it were set to pump 6-8psi.

My point is that I'd prefer to have more hp at the N/A level combined with less psi (say for instance 14 psi) to get the same 535 whp. Hope that clears up your sarcastic question.

actually, there are some stock cars that run 15psi safely. Ok lets assume we have the same engine. So we got a 2.5, 2.4, and a 2.3. So the 2.5 runs a lpt and so does the 2.4 depending on the cycl, and other mods. But the 2.3 runs the hpt b/c its not bored deep and can hold the boost, also larger intcol. So basically the dpc doesnt reflect the engine itself. A safe boost is determined by original design. If the engine was designed for a turbo then its different than if someone adds a turbo to an n/a. It all depends on the engis who do the engine design. An engine design determines the mods it can take, yet if the engin has a big enought dispc then its ok to add a turbo, but how far it goes is what i am talking about.
