i heard sumthin about b16 header on a b 20 more compression is this tru but its going in a 90 lude????

no, a B16 header does not fit a B20 head, and in no way would it increase compression. What your missing, that you were probably told, is that if you put a B16 head on your B20 it will increase compression. will increase compression by about .4 :1 C/R
8.85:1 stock B20B -> 9.15:1 B20B with B16 head
9.66:1 stock B20Z -> 10.03:1 B20Z with B16 head

and a b20 in a lude is not the same as a b20 in a crv. i don't think any parts are compatible. i may be wrong tho.
